Meg Studer

Meg Studer teaches history and theory in the landscape architecture program at Illinois Institute of Technology and is a designer at Siteations Studio. Her work investigates the material, procedural, and institutional construction of environmental and territorial information, and she makes print and interactive infographics exploring urban metabolisms and administrative mechanisms (across modernity). Meg also develops tools and plug-ins to facilitate the integration of public data with systems analysis and 4D digital modeling. Prior to teaching at Illinois Tech, she was a lecturer in landscape at City College of New York and University of Pennsylvania as well as an associate at Stoss Landscape Urbanism.
