Memoranda of Articulation (MOA) or Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) are non-binding and are only a general expression of interest in a partnership with no specific program nor details of the procedure outlined. Each MOA or MOU provides a specific validity term and should NOT be considered perennial.
Articulation Agreements (AA) and/or SEA’s (Student Exchange agreements) specify program details, fields of study and procedures for each program type. Articulation agreements also have a specific validity term.
