The Leadership Acceleration Program: STEM Series is designed specifically for mid- to upper-level managers in STEM fields. In order to ensure that the program is applicable and impactful for all participants, attendees must meet the following criteria:
- Work in STEM—This program is designed with leadership in STEM in mind. As such, all participants must be working in a STEM organization or STEM field to be eligible.
- Have Company Sponsorship—Participation in the program must be approved and paid for by the participant’s organization. Individuals cannot sign themselves up. We will communicate with direct supervisors to ensure they are aware of and support their employee’s commitment to the program.
- Work in a Management Capacity—Participants should be currently working in a mid- to upper-level management role within the organization.
