Illinois Tech's preferred mail client for students is Outlook's Web client interface which can be accessed via the Email Shortcut within the Illinois Tech Portal.
You may also install the official Microsoft Outlook client on your device. Use the Microsoft Exchange protocol for setup.
IPAM, POP3 and SMTP are not supported at Illinois Tech due to security and compliance requirements. In addtion, forwarding email to an external email address is not supported.
