Confidential Reporting Options
Both Resilience and the Student Health and Wellness Center have licensed practitioners on staff to provide confidential emergency and ongoing support to members of the Illinois Institute of Technology community who have experienced sexual misconduct. They will inform individuals of the available options and assist them in finding resources to support their needs.
Resilience services are all offered to all members of the Illinois Tech community, whereas the Student Health and Wellness Center offers services to students only.
Illinois Tech Student Health and Wellness Center (SHWC)
The Student Health and Wellness Center (SHWC) offers intake assessments, individual and group psychotherapy, psychiatry, and referrals. Walk-in appointments are available daily.

Illinois Tech Confidential Advisor (via Resilience)
Resilience, as Illinois Tech’s Confidential Advisor, is not obligated to report incidents of sexual misconduct to the university, but rather informs individuals of their available options and assists them in obtaining reasonable accommodation, legal protections, etc.
